Meet The Team
Joseph De Maio, CPA
Joseph De Maio is the founder of JAD Consulting, LLC and currently serves as the president since the firm’s inception in 2004. Joe has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of tax, but particularly servicing high-net-worth individuals. Prior to founding JAD Consulting LLC, Joe was a Partner at BCRS Associates, Senior Vice President at Spear Leeds & Kellogg, Manager at Grant Thornton, and Associate at Shandling & Landsman CPAs.
Joe received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Baruch College and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of New York. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA). In his spare time, Joe is an avid sports fan who likes baseball, basketball, and football. He also enjoys spending time with his family and walking.
Jinny Park, CPA
Jinny Park is a Tax Manager at JAD Consulting, LLC and focuses on all aspects of client services. She joined JAD in 2010 and has over 20 years of experience in tax and accounting services.
She received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Baruch College and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of New York. In her spare time, Jinny is an avid reader.
Pallavi Kanade, CPA, CGMA, Chartered Accountant
Pallavi Kanade is a Tax Manager at JAD Consulting, LLC with two decades of experience in all areas of US Federal and State and Local Tax (SALT). She has extensive experience in the review of corporate, partnership, individual and not-for-profit tax returns, and representation at Federal and State audits. Pallavi’s experience encompasses all aspects of tax compliance for high-net-worth individuals, their families, and related companies. Prior to joining JAD Consulting LLC, Pallavi was a Tax Manager at Perelson Weiner LLP.
Pallavi studied Accounting in India where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant and received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Economics and Cost Accounting from Osmania University, Telangana, India. Pallavi is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in New York and Colorado and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). Pallavi is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Institute of Charted Accounts of India (ICAI). She is fluent in Hindi, Marathi, and Telugu.
Rosita Lee, EA
Rosita Lee is a Senior Tax Analyst at JAD Consulting, LLC. She has been with the firm since 2016, servicing our high-net-worth clients in tax planning and tax return preparation. Prior to joining JAD, Rosita worked at other boutique to mid-sized CPA firms. As an Enrolled Agent, Rosita specializes in the field of taxation.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Baruch College. Outside of the office, Rosita spends her time in the kitchen baking, going fishing, and just enjoying her time with family, friends, and her dog.
Yesenia Perez, CPA
Yesenia Perez is a Senior Tax Analyst at JAD Consulting, LLC and joined the firm in 2022. Prior to joining JAD, Yesenia was a Tax Supervisor at Citrin Cooperman. Her experience encompasses tax compliance for high-net-worth individuals and pass-through entities.
Yesenia received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Business Management and Finance, cum laude from Brooklyn College and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of New York. In her free time, Yesenia enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
Andrew De Maio, CPA
Andrew De Maio is a Senior Tax Analyst at JAD Consulting, LLC and joined the firm in 2021. Prior to joining JAD, Andrew was a Senior Associate at Ernst & Young, LLP in the Private Client Services practice. He spent his time preparing and reviewing high-net-worth individual, fiduciary, and gift tax returns in the financial services industry.
Andrew received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Management, cum laude from Rutgers University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of New York. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) and earned a Lean Six Sigma White Belt certification. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys exercising, snowboarding, and golf.
Brianna De Maio, CPA
Brianna De Maio is a Junior Tax Analyst at JAD Consulting, LLC. She completed both her Undergraduate and Graduate studies at Rutgers University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy in Financial Accounting. Brianna is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of New York.
In her free time, Brianna enjoys reading, running, and skiing.
Juana Penson
Juana Penson is the office administrator at JAD Consulting, LLC and focuses on all the management of the office and administrative support to the firm. She joined JAD in 2021 and has over 30 years’ experience in office management serving small to mid-size firms. She attended LaGuardia Community College where she studied Business Administration.
In her spare time, Juana volunteers at various non-profit organizations in her community with a strong passion for food insecurity. She serves as Membership Coordinator for the Food and Shelter Coalition of Hudson County and member of the Food Security Task Force of Hudson County.
